Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but understand not all things work out when ordering products online.
If you are not completely satisfied with your ONLINE purchase you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund (less shipping charges). Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of the date you received the item(s). We can not accept returns made more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
To be eligible for an ONLINE return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Holiday/Seasonal Items Holiday items are eligible for exchange or return within 15 days of original purchase date. Holiday/Seasonal items may not be returned after 15 days from original purchase due to seasonal nature of the item(s).
Sale Items (if applicable) all sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
**Please note our IN STORE policy differs from our ONLINE policy due to the high volume of seasonal visitor traffic. IN STORE purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Store credit may be used in store or on our website. NO REFUNDS on any in store purchases. Further details on IN STORE services and policies are posted at the cash wrap.
Return shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of return shipment will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging and in the condition they were received or they may not be eligible for refund. Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed. We will notify you once your return is received.
